At RABEANCO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your leather goods, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective dust bags, authenticity cards, and original tags are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
